Robin Jepsen works with individuals and families to create estate plans which are personalized to implement each client's estate planning needs and goals.

A complete estate plan typically includes:

• Will (or Pour-Over Will as appropriate)
• Trust (as appropriate)
• Trust funding and transfer documents (personal, business, or real property as appropriate)
• Power of Attorney for financial purposes
• Advance Health Care Directive

Additional estate planning may include:

• Charitable Planned Giving
• Charitable Trusts
• Special purpose trusts

Trust and Probate Administration

Following the death of a loved one and upon certain triggering events Robin works with clients to guide them in their roles as fiduciary or trustee in the administration of a trust, and as executor or personal representative if Probate Court administration is needed.
