Robin's real estate work focuses on transactions which have a conservation outcome. Her clients include individuals, families and  nonprofit conservation organizations (e.g. land trusts and conservancies) seeking to protect land for future generations as open space, parks, trails, natural habitat, ranching and agriculture. Nonprofits & Conservation Law

Robin has 25 years of experience providing specialized services to nonprofit land trust organizations and conservancies. Examples of services include:

• Negotiate, draft and customize purchase and sale agreements, option agreements, donation agreements, scenic conservation easements, and  agricultural conservation easements
• Navigate and negotiate complex agreements concerning mitigation, conservation easements, land management, and stewardship endowments
• Grant agreement compliance
• Title review, due diligence, and escrow administration
• Claim and maintain property tax exemptions for qualified organizations and properties
• Develop and implement best practices for transactions and for holding conservation land and easements
